General Terms and Conditions for Industry Exhibition

• Registration by form on website (www.xrm2008.web.psi.ch)
• Upon receipt of the completed exhibition booking form a preliminary reservation for the selected booth will be made. The exhibition manager will try for satisfying booth space requests based on the order in which payment is received. Please select your booth on the exhibition floor plan.
• An invoice will be issued immediately after receipt of booking form. Final reservation will be made upon receipt of payment in Euro (EUR) within 10 days to the swiss bank account or credit card account of Paul Scherrer Institute as given in the invoice.
• The organizing committee of the conference reserves the right to approve the character of any display and to prohibit any display that, because of noise or other objectionable features, detracts from the scientific and educational nature of the exhibit.

During the opening hours of the exhibition each booth must be attended by a representative technically qualified to explain and demonstrate the equipment or services displayed.

An administrative fee of EUR 500 will be charged for any cancellation received in writing prior to 31 March, 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date.

• Exhibition material can be sent at the exhibitors cost to Paul Scherrer Institute until 11 July, 2008 the latest. PSI will store and deliver this material to the booth in time. Handling and storage cost of EUR 150 per pallet or EUR 50 per box (< 20kg) will be charged at the beginning of the exhibition.
• Shipment back to the exhibitors company will be arranged by Paul Scherrer Institute at the exhibitors cost, handling fees apply.
• The conference building will be locked over night from 22:00h to 06:00h. No security will be on duty during the closing hours. Small pieces of exhibition materials can be stored overnight at the conference office. Indicate any request concerning security when booking. Additional services might be provided at conditions.

Neither Paul Scherrer Institute nor Swiss Federal Institute of Technology can be held liable for any damage which may occure to an exhibitor. In particular it shall be the exhibitors own liability to protect his exhibition materials against theft and pilferage, vandalism and other possible damages.
